- Payment Services:
- Payments are processed through the methods available on the store.
- All payments are processed in Omani Riyals. If the customer pays using other currencies, they will be responsible for the applicable fees.
- Shipping and Delivery:
- Orders will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days, excluding official holidays and weekends.
- Free shipping applies if the order amount meets the specified limit.
- Offers and Discounts:
- Customers are entitled to take advantage of all offers, discounts, and free items in the store.
- Customers are entitled to use any special discount code available in the store.
- Free items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Refunds:
- Refunds for products purchased are processed within 10 business days, excluding official holidays and weekends. Refunds will be issued to the customer's bank account, not in cash.
- Refunds for amounts transferred in error to the company's account will be processed within 10 business days, excluding official holidays and weekends. The customer will be responsible for any applicable transfer fees.
